Expand Your Skills
As a perpetual student I've experienced thousands of hours of training in the federal government, military, state, and municipal, and public arenas. Some has been provided by excellent teachers and some from let's say suboptimal instructors. I know what I look for: experience, depth of knowledge, passion, patience, and a drive to over-deliver. These are the attributes I bring to my instruction. I’ve gained an understanding of how to work with people of all skill levels and learning styles. My personalized lessons, along with my passion to teach others, has proven successful with a wide variety of clients. Interested in how I can help you? Don’t hesitate to reach out.
Defensive Handgun Level One

2 DAYS
This course is designed for those who already possess the necessary skills to handle their firearm in a safe and proficient manner. While newer shooters will thrive in this class, experienced gun handlers with previous training will benefit from this material presented from a fresh, and unique perspective. Students should expect to leave with vastly increased competency in operating and carrying their pistol and more thorough understanding of what it takes to prevail in a lethal force encounter.
The Defensive Handgun cirriculum will expand the pistol operator’s skill into the field of “gun-fighting” and surviving lethal force encounters by exposing students to the necessary core competencies with a handgun along with the methodology to develop those psychomotor skills and then help with a training program to make those skills more subconscious. Defensive Fundamentals are not the "basics" but are those thing that are most important to what we are trying achieve - the incapacitation, if needed, of an attacker by using a handgun.
